In 2020, just after having a baby, I earned my real estate license thinking I’d jump into sales. But it didn’t take long for me to realize traditional real estate sales wasn’t the right fit for me. What I

love was the behind-the-scenes systems—specifically, the CRM tools we were given. I dove in, learned everything I could, and quickly became the go-to person in my office for tech help and workflow support.
That expertise led me to a full-time position helping other agents learn and use their CRMs effectively. But over time, I realized I was pouring my energy into a company that didn’t truly value or support me. So, in 2022, I took the leap and started my own consulting business—offering virtual assistance for real estate agents, with a strong focus on CRM organization and strategy.
